Dr. Paul B. Conor founded Conor Consulting in 2006 and serves as its president.
He is an organizational psychologist and award-winning author. Dr. Conor
is a Southern California native who grew up in Los Angeles and currently
lives in and works out of California’s Inland Empire. He is a former US
Marine Corps infantry officer, who led Marines in combat during Operations
Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
Before starting Conor Consulting, Dr. Conor worked for the Boy Scouts
of America, Merrill Lynch, Aon Consulting, and Washington Mutual. He has
a PhD in Organizational Psychology, a MA in Organizational Leadership,
and a dual BS in Exercise Science and Chemistry. He is a former professor
at University of California Riverside, Cal State Long Beach, Cal Poly Pomona,
Azusa Pacific University, and University of Phoenix.
When not developing people or improving organizations, you can find him
exploring the great Southern California outdoors on his Ducati Multistrada
motorcycle.
